Mum & Baby
Having worked hard for many months to bring your little one into the world, it’s time to look after you again with Mum and Baby Pilates classes. Bring baby along as you return gently to exercise and stay around after for a chat and a catch-up. As well as giving you the opportunity to socialise with other mums, we’ll often invite guest speakers to share advice and ideas.
Please check with your doctor first about exercising after the birth. We recommend returning to exercise no less than six weeks after a natural birth and 12 weeks after a caesarean section. For mums-to-be looking for pregnancy Pilates, none of our classes are suitable from around the 20th week of pregnancy, when we advise switching to specialised pregnancy exercise classes.
