In these totally tailored one-to-one personal training sessions, one of our professional and highly qualified trainers will work with you to design a programme around your fitness goals. Taking place in a light, airy but private dedicated space, each 55-minute session should be tough but enjoyable: conducted at a pace that suits you but doesn’t let your objectives slip. Depending on those goals, your programme may (or may not) involve the Reformer plus a range of additional equipment, from rowing, cycling and TRX machines, exercise benches and Swiss balls to free weights, kettlebells and boxing gloves and pads.
Bespoke Bootcamp is perfect if you are rehabilitating after injury or looking to gain strength and prevent injury, change your training style or complement a sporting activity. You might also fancy coupling one-to-one training with our standard Pilates classes, to create a fantastic fitness package.
