This stunning studio is located in the heart of Fulham, within a few minutes’ walking distance of Putney Bridge tube station. It’s also only 20 minutes by foot from the King’s Road in Chelsea and close to Kensington and the banks of the Thames. Inside, the studio itself is light, inviting, clean and airy, with facilities including modern changing areas, showers, complimentary towels and water dispensers. There’s also a spacious reception area where you can socialise, relax and enjoy our team’s friendly brand of customer service.

LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

From tube stations

The Bootcamp Pilates studio is a 5-minute walk from Putney Bridge Underground station (District Line). Head right out of the tube and head towards Hammersmith. We are next to the roundabout and exactly positioned behind the Kings Head Pub. Use the entrance at 2 Fulham High Street. It is also a short bus ride from Hammersmith (District Line, Picadilly Line, Circle Line & Hammersmith & City Line).

By bus

Bootcamp Pilates is a short bus ride from Fulham, Parsons Green, Hammersmith and Putney overground train station. The bus routes that stop at the studio are 14, 74, 220, 414 & 430.

Other buses that stop nearby are 22, 85, 93, 265.

Parking

Parking is more of a challenge, but there are pay and display bays on the local roads.

Generally, after 5 pm, parking is free in the surrounding residential roads. Or free on single yellow lines after 7 pm.

    Cassie is both Mat Pilates and bootcamp reformer Trained.

    Her fitness journey started in California whilst living in Los Angeles. When she moved back to the U.K. our LA fitness girl turned this love of fitness into a career. She competed in various fitness competitions, excelling in her field. She then used that knowledge to help others achieve their fitness goals as a personal trainer.

    After a minor injury, she had no choice but to leave the gym alone for a while. That’s when she was led into the world of Pilates. Cassie used Pilates to continue her training whilst working towards overcoming her injury and absolutely fell in love!

    Cassie’s learning never stops, she does at least 4-5 Pilates classes a week and is always devising new routines to keep her clients guessing. She brings sunny California to each of her classes. Cassie’s classes can be summed up as High energy, dynamic and most importantly, fun.

    Cassie’s favourite exercises on the reformer involve glutes and core. Expect luscious legs when she’s finished with you.

    Elliot is the Owner and Head Trainer of Bootcamp Pilates Fulham. He has coached over 10,000 hours of sports and fitness training since qualifying in 1991. Elliot most recently trained with Polestar Pilates and is able to work with you on 1-1 level in case you need even more care and attention and have specific rehab goals in mind. His classes are always fun and he knows how to motivate you to really focus on your technique.

    Lucy Thirsk served for 15 years in the Army and is therefore no stranger to the “bootcamp” ethos. Having seen operational service in the likes of Iraq, she retired from the military due to illness but was determined to regain fitness and muscle definition. To do so in a controlled way, Lucy became a Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor, and was so impressed by her own recovery that she is now dedicated to helping others. Her military background means she likes working her clients hard, but her experience will keep you within your limits – making her classes fun but intensive. She loves running, keeping fit and broadening her expertise at Pilates workshops.

    Nicholas is a well rounded, down-to-earth Kiwi. He has been involved in the fitness industry for 10 years and brings with him a wealth of qualifications in exercise prescription, soft tissue therapy and personal training.

    He has a breadth and wealth of experience gained in some of New Zealand and Australia’s best-regarded health clubs, personal training studios, massage clinics, and with a number of sporting teams. New to London, Nick is intent on bringing his considerable health and fitness skills to the big city.

    He possesses excellent soft tissue skills and has a particular interest in functional training. His passion is helping people return from injury and is an ideal trainer for any client with issues relating to pain, postural and movement education. That being said, he is equally happy using his skills and knowledge to push clients on to new levels of strength and fitness.

    Aside from his continued drive to continue improving his skills and knowledge to help clients maximise the benefit of their sessions, Nick’s great love’s are typically antipodean: travelling and rugby. So when he’s not busy helping people change their bodies for the better, you will most likely find him travelling through Europe or watching his beloved All Blacks get the better of everyone else!

    Laetitia’s specialty is in body mechanics and loves helping clients with their fitness know how. In classes, Laetitia will help you to truly understand how to position yourself and what to engage to get the most out of each exercise- she believes this builds mindful movement. Laetitia has seen many clients rapidly progress through their physical journeys by gaining knowledge and control of their workouts. Her love of Reformer Pilates stems in its versatility – why pick one move when you can do them all!
    She has Level 3 PT, is a dance instructor and master Kettle-bell Instructor. In her free time, Laetitia loves to dance! Her motto is ‘everything is core’.

    Studios: Richmond, Fulham

    Fiona loves to see clients come to understand precision and control and the subsequent improvements they make in their ability to move. She has a BSc(Hons) in Physiology, YMCA level 3 Matwork Pilates and training in Powmak full studio equipment and BCP dynamic reformer. Her favourite Dynamic Reformer exercise is snake, because it has so many variations and is always a challenge.

    In her free time you can find Fiona doing even more pilates, strongman classes and cycling. When asked what her motto is she said ‘I would like to say biceps don’t grow on trees as that makes me laugh but probably you can always do more than you think you can’.

    Qualifications: Bootcamp reformer, Mat Pilates, Personal Trainer, Indoor cycling, Bodypump, Kettlebells, GP Referral.

    His specialisms: I provide a clear, flowing, balanced workout that challenges every class participant and excludes nobody.

    Tell us about how you have helped a client reach their goal using your specific specialism: My client who has just become grandparents love how their improved energy levels and ability to  move around easily and without pain let them enjoy playing with their grandchildren. I generally teach classes rather than individuals, but most commonly participants feel better, feel taller, and have a better understanding of what they’re doing and why.

    His favourite Dynamic Reformer exercise: Shoulder bridge. Just like my workouts it’s simple, but effective.

    His favourite motto is: ‘Do the simple things well, and enjoy it’.

    In his free time, Chris likes to eat lots, drink a bit, be outdoors, go to gigs & festivals.
