Our new Shoreditch studio is located on the north side of Princelet Street close to its junction with Wilkes Street and Vibrant Brick Lane. We are 5 minutes away from Old Spitalfields market, Shoreditch house, BoxPark and the Truman Brewery and only moments away from Hanbury Street.

We are surrounded by some of the best coffee shops and culinary experiences in London. So pop in, have a workout and grab yourself a coffee afterwards in one of the most vibrant areas of London.

LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

From Liverpool Street

Take the main entrance out of Liverpool street Station and walk towards Spitalfields Market, keep going down Primrose Street until you hit Brick Lane and take a right, then take a left on to Princelet Street. It’s No. 63 on the left-hand side.

From Old Street Station

Take Great Eastern Street into Commercial Street. Turn left after the All Saints Shop into Hanbury Street. Follow Hanbury Street for 5 minutes and then turn right at Spelman Street and finally immediately right into Princelet Street. We are then on the right-hand side.

From Whitechapel Station

Head onto Whitechapel High Street and take a left onto Brick Lane and keep heading down until you find Princelet Street.

By bus

Buses south 78, 42 (15 min walk)

Parking

Trueman Brewery car park only 5 minutes walk away on Brick Lane.

    With a natural passion for fitness and following her curiosity, Dayra tried Pilates for the first time in 2012. Dayra quickly fell in love with Pilates, and decided to combine a Pilates career with her demanding role as a mum. Dayra goes by a “feel good and feel challenged” approach with her classes, which aim to provide a whole-body workout and help you discover your own strength. A major fan of the plank position and its variations, if you’re looking to build a rock-hard core then Dayra’s classes are a must.

    Ali B runs our Notting Hill studio, combining her Mat Pilates experience with our Reformer Pilates training and all-round enthusiasm for health and wellbeing. Ali’s calm and friendly nature will put you at ease in flowing, dynamic classes that incorporate both her energy and love of fitness and music. Ali is tough and will get the best out of you, but always with a smile.

    So, get ready to challenge your mind, listen to your body and, above all, have fun. As well as Pilates, Ali enjoys yoga, stand-up paddle boarding and travel. You will see her mainly at Notting Hill and Shoreditch, but she covers classes at our Fulham and Richmond studios, too.

    JAMES WOODHOUSE

    James Woodhouse has a laid-back – if highly active – approach to life, believing that if you take care of your health, everything else will follow. Ever since he was an overactive kid he’s wanted to keep moving, taking part in everything from football to hiking. James teaches the notion that the human body should be able to function for more than 100 years, making all the niggles that can appear in early middle age totally preventable. By practicing movement with good technique, he thinks we can live a pain-free life – and even attain that much-wanted six-pack.
