Bootcamp Pilates has transformed the Reformer Pilates market since its origin in 2005; with its state of the art equipment, elite trainers and diverse class timetable. Dubbed ‘The People’s Pilates’ because of its inclusive nature; it welcomes everyone whatever their shape, size and ability.

Now, responding to the needs of busy lifestyles, they are launching a 30-minute Express Cardio Pilates based version of their legendary class. This class will be available at the brand new Strand location only, a luxurious urban fitness retreat in the beating heart of London, minutes from Charing Cross and Embankment stations.

Bootcamp Pilates Express Cardio Pilates will incorporate highly effective movements from its regular dynamic luxe fitness offering, allowing anyone to make the most of their lunch break. The class has been specifically curated by expert trainers to achieve maximum results in a short time frame, with the focus on flexibility, coordination and balance to leave you fitter, leaner and stronger.

From tube stations

Charing Cross station is 200 yards away. Turn right at York place, then turn right on to Buckingham street, turn left on to John Adam street, followed by a left on to Durham House Street, take the back entrance of 55 The Strand and head down the stairs to the Bootcamp studio.

    With 14 years Pilates teaching experience and a vast fitness training background, avid gym goer Brett will push you to your limits both mentally and physically during his classes. Known for his fun, precise and challenging nature, Brett specialises in strength conditioning, core conditioning, flexibility training, pre-and postnatal and injury rehabilitation. His favourite move is the swan, as it builds spine health and gives perfect posture.

    Nicknamed “T”, Tamara is both mat and reformer Pilates trained and qualified. Tamara loves making her classes interesting and no class is ever the same. A big fan of the jump board, Tamara loves to focus on strengthening both the core and glutes, describing her classes as “challenging, energetic and fun”. Tamara’s favourite exercise on the reformer is a short spine stretch, its great for spine mobility and also works the core.

    Ben Andrews is a Level 3 personal trainer with a degree in sport and exercise Science plus qualifications in spin, exercise to music, circuit training and power plate. Currently completing a Level 4 qualification in lower-back pain, his ambition is to set up his own personal training business and specialise in helping lower-back-pain sufferers. Ben is a keen footballer and tennis player who also enjoys weightlifting and all kinds of cardiovascular exercise. He strongly believes that improving flexibility and core strength improves everyone’s ability to either play sport or carry out day-to-day tasks.
