Tariq is the newest member to the Bootcamp family. He brings with him a wealth of experience teaching and practising Yoga all over the world.
Tariq offers multiple Power Flow Yoga classes in the studio. Power Flow is a powerful Vinyasa style class, designed to increase strength, stamina and flexibility as well as reduce stress. The class is moderate to fast paced and incorporates regular sequences that become familiar to practitioners, with variations that intensify and advance the practice.
